This control panel is compatible with KingChii HWPG 456A/B/C/D/E wood pellet grills and features PID intelligent temperature control with a stable temperature range of 180–420°F. The high-clear LED display remains easy to read even in direct sunlight, and the panel supports dual meat probes with a simple selector button. Built-in error codes help quickly identify issues, including RTD sensor disconnection, low temperature, or overheating. A proper shut-down cycle ensures safe operation and optimal grill performance.

【ERROR CODE: ErP】
Indicates the RTD temperature sensor is not connected. Turn off the grill, check the RTD connection, or replace the sensor if needed.

【ERROR CODE: ErL / ErH】
1. ErL: Temperature too low. Check auger motor, igniter, or fan.
2. ErH: Grill overheated. Turn off the grill and restart after cooling.

【PROPER SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE】
1. Do not immediately turn off the grill switch or set it to OFF. 
2. First, move the dial to the "Shut Down Cycle" position, and allow the remaining pellets to burn out completely. 
3. Once the fan stops operating, set the switch to the OFF position, and then unplug the grill from the socket.
