We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

Please Note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.

We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, including Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).

Shipping Costs

For shipping within the contiguous United States:

• Over $50: FREE standard shipping.
• $50 or less: $6.99 standard shipping.
  All prices include taxes.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), or 3:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) during daylight saving time. Orders placed by the applicable cutoff on a business day begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-business days begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Total Delivery Time: Estimated delivery takes 3–8 business days, including order processing and transit. For orders placed after the daily cutoff or on non-business days, this timeframe begins on the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volumes.

Shipping Methods

Parcel Shipping: Small to medium-sized items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

LTL Freight Shipping: For heavy or oversized items (such as our premium pellet grills), we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.

For LTL shipments, the carrier may contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

We take great pride in our packaging, but we understand that transit damage can occasionally occur.

Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival.

Reporting Damages: If the product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and contact our support team at contact@kingchiigrill.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to redirect or cancel the delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KingChii is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location or an address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers (UPS and FedEx) depending on the product size, weight, and delivery address.

3-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing KingChii.

We provide a 3-year limited warranty for eligible KingChii products from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

• Product functional issues caused by manufacturing defects
• Replacement parts support when applicable
• Technical support and troubleshooting assistance

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized repair
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance
• Products without valid order information

30-Day Returns

Thank you for shopping at KINGCHII. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality pellet grills and smokers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Process

Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. All returns must be shipped to our designated overseas warehouse at the following address:

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If the returned items are confirmed to be complete and in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

• Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

3-Year Warranty

At KINGCHII, we stand behind the durability of our products.

• All our pellet grills come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts or repair the unit at no charge.
