Shipping Policy
Welcome to KingChii. We are dedicated to providing a seamless shipping experience so you can start enjoying your outdoor cooking and cozy moments as soon as possible.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
Please Note: We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal volumes.
4. Shipping Methods
Parcel Shipping: Small to medium-sized items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
LTL Freight Shipping: For heavy or oversized items (such as our premium pellet grills), we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight.
For LTL shipments, the carrier may contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Inspection & Damages
We take great pride in our packaging, but we understand that transit damage can occasionally occur.
Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival.
Reporting Damages: If the product arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and contact our support team at support@kingchiigrill.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to redirect or cancel the delivery.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
KingChii is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location or an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers depending on the product size, weight, and delivery address.
Small to medium-sized items are usually shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Large or oversized items may be shipped by LTL Freight.
