Thank you for shopping at KINGCHII. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality pellet grills and smokers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Shipping Process

Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. All returns must be shipped to our designated overseas warehouse at the following address:

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. 1-Year Warranty

At KINGCHII, we stand behind the durability of our products.

  • All our pellet grills come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts or repair the unit at no charge.
