Perfect for both smoking and grilling, this little smoker/grill combo is a winner. The smoke level is just right, and temperature control is easy. Despite its size, it's sturdy and multi-functional. We even used it as a fire pit at night. Love its versatility!
One thing I can suggest is not to fully tighten the screws until you're done. Things tend to align and fit together better that way.
Every thing that comes with it is of excellent quality. This is a great beginner bundle to get you griddling. The utensils made of metal are sharp. The scraper and scrubber function as planned. You'll be moving food around like you work at a teppanyaki restaurant after a few uses.
